Each member of the Wiseman team has significant academic and business experience. Our selection bias is conscious and deliberate on our part. We believe the duality gives us the maximum range of motion. On the one hand it allows us to pursue rigorous research and on the other it allows us to present our findings in ways that have the power of relevancy.
Liz Wiseman is president of The Wiseman Group, a leadership research and development center headquartered in Silicon Valley. She advises senior executives and leads strategy and leadership forums for executive teams worldwide. A former executive at Oracle Corporation, she worked as the Vice President of Oracle University and as the global leader for Human Resource Development for 17 years.
Greg McKeown is a Partner at The Wiseman Group where he leads the workshop and assessment practice and teaches around the world. Originally from London, England, Greg holds an MBA from Stanford University.
Larry Wiseman is the Business Manager for The Wiseman Group and is responsible for running all aspects of the business operations. Larry has over 10 years of experience in technology marketing and sales and has worked as an international trade consultant for Kanematsu where he traveled extensively throughout Asia Pacific. Larry speaks fluent Japanese, holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and also manages a real-estate investment business.
