Liz Wiseman, Bestselling Author, Speaker, & Executive Advisor
Liz Wiseman teaches leadership to executives around the world. She is the President of the Wiseman Group, a leadership research and development firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, California. Some of her recent clients include: Apple, Dubai Bank, Genentech, Nike, PayPal, Salesforce.com and Twitter. Liz has been listed on the Thinkers50 ranking and named one of the top 10 leadership thinkers in the world.
She is the author of Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, a Wall Street Journal bestseller and The Multiplier Effect: Tapping the Genius Inside Our Schools. She has conducted significant research in the field of leadership and collective intelligence and writes for Harvard Business Review and a variety of other business and leadership journals.
A former executive at Oracle Corporation, she worked over the course of 17 years as the Vice President of Oracle University and as the global leader for Human Resource Development.
She is a frequent guest lecturer at BYU, Harvard, the Naval Postgraduate School, Stanford and Yale. Liz holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Masters of Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
Sally Crawford is the Vice President of Leadership Development Practice at the Wiseman Group and leads the education business worldwide. Her unique background blends 25 years of entrepreneurial success with extensive experience driving innovation and strategic organizational change for leading multinational companies. She founded and led Crawford International, a consulting firm specializing in people development and change management, and grew the company into a profitable multimillion dollar business with clients such as Apple, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Cisco, Wells Fargo and Gap Inc.
After selling her company, Sally returned to her passion of developing extraordinary leaders. Her ability to lead, guide and share has been recognized with numerous awards including the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (Inc. magazine and Ernst & Young) and the Top 25 Women Making Business History (National Association of Women Business Owners). Her company was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women-Owned Businesses in Silicon Valley by Silicon Valley Business Ink. Rob Delange is the Director of Training for the Wiseman Group. Rob uses his deep Multiplier experience to conduct leadership workshops and certify new Multiplier practitioners throughout the world. He also leads the Wiseman Group’s growing Latin American practice.
Rob has over 15 years experience building corporate learning centers and training programs at global technology companies. Rob began his career as a systems analyst and programming supervisor for Pacific Bell (now AT&T). At PeopleSoft he was the product support manager and then led the technical training organization, where he was instrumental in achieving PeopleSoft’s recognition as number 4 on the ASTD 2004 BEST 100 training companies list. He led the HR training function for EMC’s software division and most recently worked as a talent management consultant at VISA Inc.
Rob is one of those rare education professionals who combines deep experience as a technologist, years of solid management experience, and a gift for teaching and coaching. His greatest talent is enabling business leaders to develop the people around them. He has extensive global experience having worked in over 10 countries and is fluent in Spanish. Rob is SPHR certified and holds a Masters degree in Systems Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. Mark Sato is a Master Practitioner for The Wiseman Group where he leads Multipliers workshops for business leaders and certifies other instructors. He has more than 15 years of corporate management and leadership training at Franklin Templeton, Kaiser Permanente and Oracle Corporation. During this time he has designed and delivered dozens of management training programs and has held management roles leading teams of over 100 people.
Since 2005 Mark has led his own training consultancy and is known for his engaging workshops and his warm sense of humor. He is a highly sought after trainer for content providers like the de Bono Group, VitalSmarts and slap. He has global leadership experience working with managers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, and current clients include Banana Republic, Cisco, Eastman Chemical, Genentech, Oracle, and Salesforce.com. Elise Foster is a leadership coach who enables education and business executives to unlock their potential to become even more successful. She has conducted significant research in the field of leadership within education systems. As the Education Practice Lead for the Wiseman Group in Silicon Valley, Elise guides senior leaders on using their intelligence to make everyone around them smarter and more capable. Elise is co-author of The Multiplier Effect: Tapping the Genius Inside Our Schools.
She has taught and coached students at Indiana University (Kelley School of Business) and as a management fellow at Harvard University. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Virginia Tech and a master’s in education from Harvard University.

Larry Wiseman is Director of The Wiseman Group and runs all aspects of the business operations. Larry has over 10 years of experience in technology marketing and sales and has worked as an international trade consultant for Kanematsu where he traveled extensively throughout Asia Pacific. Larry speaks fluent Japanese, holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University and also manages a real-estate investment business.
Mark Schwartz is the Social Media Strategist for The Wiseman Group. He has been a producer of online content and video production for over 12 years. His background includes producing, directing, writing, and editing video, as well as developing content marketing strategies across all aspects of the social spectrum, in order to help enhance targeted client visibility.
Mark has produced everything from film, television, commercials, and created social strategy for cable networks, technologies, automobiles, and authors. The laundry list includes: Cisco, Zynga, CBS, Fox, ABC, NBC, MTV, and Audi to name a few. Mark was also a pioneer in the development of ITVML technology (Interactive Television Mark-Up Language), which is currently being used in the new interactive video space. In 2010, Mark helped create the ‘Glee Super-Fan Experience’, a new integration of video and social media, which lived on Fox.com and was nominated for the Primetime Interactive Media Emmy Award. In 2011, Mark helped build a social video campaign for Audi, which was nominated for the 2011 IAB MIXX Award.
Mark holds a B.A. in Directing and Creative Writing from the University of Arizona and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Judy Jung wears many hats for The Wiseman Group: Client Services Manager, Project Manager, Graphic Designer, Art Director, and Executive Assistant to Liz & Larry Wiseman, to name just a few. She’s orchestrated data and pixels for businesses ranging from burnished corporations to sparkly start-ups, in fields such as finance, human resources, education, technology, e-commerce, business development, fashion, performing arts, graphic design, printing, and web design.
