Workshops

The Multipliers Coaching System is a series of ten coaching conversations, each offering a fresh perspective on how your leaders can get more intelligence from their team. As their coach, you’ll guide your leaders through exploration and experimentation, unlocking their ability to build new Multiplier habits.
Assessments
With our digital assessments, participants can find out from their team the ways their leadership is helpful and the times their leadership is diminishing. When taken before and after a Multipliers training, they'll be prepared to tackle what’s most pressing during the session and then reevaluated afterward to see how they've improved over time.
