Lori Emerick is a Master Practitioner with The Wiseman Group and the founder of Aspen Group Consulting, where she brings over two decades of experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and career transition coaching. Lori partners with leaders and teams to unlock potential, expand impact, and navigate meaningful transitions—whether it’s stepping into a more effective leadership style or redefining purpose after a significant career.
A former leader at Nike, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, and Boeing, Lori led the global effort to embed the Multipliers mindset into Nike’s leadership framework. Her experience spans Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit boards, equipping her with a sharp understanding of how to drive sustainable change from the inside out.
Lori’s coaching and facilitation style is grounded in insightful questioning, empathy, and action. She guides clients through two pivotal phases of professional life: growing as a leader and reimagining what’s next beyond a high-impact career.
Lori also serves as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Portland State University’s School of Business and volunteers as a JoyRx mentor with the Children’s Cancer Association, supporting children facing serious illness.
Outside of work, Lori finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling, running, and practicing yoga. Whether she’s mentoring a leader, trekking in the mountains, or exploring what’s next in her own journey, Lori brings curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.
