Shawn Vanderhoven leads the executive development practice for senior leaders and rising talent at The Wiseman Group. He is the author of the USA Today bestseller Pause: How to Lead Brilliant Work in a Busy World, and a collaborator on the New York Times bestseller Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter (Second Edition).
As a Partner at The Wiseman Group, Shawn co-designs executive development strategies that help leaders and managers amplify their organization’s most valuable asset—its people. He has partnered with leading brands around the globe, including Apple, Alphabet, Capital One, Deloitte, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Siemens, Vans, and Wells Fargo. Shawn’s work has been featured in Financial Times, Forbes, Inc., GQ, and he is a frequent guest on business and leadership podcasts.
Before his work in leadership development, Shawn worked in business development, scaling his family’s software business 30-fold. He lives in Menlo Park, California, with his wife, Anne.
