Paul Dunphy

Master Practitioner

Paul is a Master Practitioner for The Wiseman Group where he leads Multipliers training workshops, conducts keynotes for business leaders and provides leadership coaching. Paul has over 40 years business & leadership experience in both the public and private sectors in New Zealand, Australia, UK, SE Asia, Europe and North America and is currently based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Experience has been across a vast array of industries – FMCG (Heineken Breweries), Horticulture, Local Government & Tourism (Auckland Council), Major Events (Volvo Ocean Race), Telecommunications (Clear Communications), Mining & Exploration (Rio Tinto), Sport (Sport Business International), E-Commerce (Sell Global & Amazon), Social Enterprise (Akina Foundation). In addition to being a member of The Wiseman Group, Paul is currently a High-Performance Sales and Leadership Coach with Salesstar running sales workshops and coaching with clients in both Australia and New Zealand.

Paul has a Diploma of Horticulture, a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, and a Master of Business (Hons).  Paul has been awarded a Tourism New Zealand/Visa International Research Scholarship, various national sales awards for DB Breweries, Yachting New Zealand Honour award for Services to Sailing, Western Australia Mining Environmental Excellence award, AUT University ‘outstanding contribution to the Tourism and Hospitality industry award and was a delegate of the International Committee of the Red Cross. Paul has a love of the outdoors and anything to do with water resulting in having completed two Ironman triathlons.
